How to Delete Your Account or Data
You can request deletion directly from within the app:
Go to: My Account → Profile → Delete Account
Or email us at frank@driplabs.xyz and include the following:
Subject line:
“Delete My Account” if you want to delete your entire account and all associated data
“Data Deletion Request” if you only want specific data removed
Your account email or username
(For data deletion only) Specify the type of data you’d like us to delete (e.g., app usage history, preferences, search data)
We’ll review and process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens Next
If you request account deletion:
All account data, usage logs, preferences, and profile information will be permanently deleted
You will lose access to your account
Some basic records (e.g. transaction metadata) may be retained for up to 30 days if required by law
If you request data deletion only:
The specified data will be removed
Your account will remain active and usable
